1. Promoter
This giveaway is run by Ledlenser Australia (“Promoter”).
2. Promotional Period
The giveaway commences at 12:00 AM AEST on 23 April and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 30 April (“Promotional Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete and submit the official entry form during the Promotional Period. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.
5. Prize Details
There are a total of ten (10) prizes to be won:
- Five (5) P7R torches
- Five (5) H8R headlamps
The total prize pool is valued at over AUD $5,000. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Limit of one (1) prize per person.
6. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries after the Promotional Period has ended. The draw will take place shortly after 30 April.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted via the email address or phone number provided at the time of entry. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Prize Delivery
Prizes will be delivered to winners at an Australian address provided by the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for any lost or delayed shipments.
9. General Conditions
-The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
- The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if necessary.
10. Privacy
By entering this giveaway, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting winners, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
